“Pros: Great super. Great location. Cons: Thin walls that creates neighbor noise and floors squeak. Also the building has large roaches and mice at times Advice to landlord: Renovate units with insulation in the walls and floors to prevent neighbor noise. Clean and Redo trash chutes, evaluate pipes and water leaks to reduce infestation of rodents and insects”

“Pros: Very convenient location Cons: Extremely thin walls, so you hear everything from all the neighbors around you and above you. Advice to landlord: Invest in soundproofing. Start caring about your tenants”
