“Pros: I love the apartment and lobby itself, areas are kept clean and neighbors are friendly. Cons: Unresponsive to pest management issues; the super is great and helped us get the monthly pest control personnel to the apartment, but we hadn't been inspected for pests until then and the problem has been getting actively worse.”
