Had a slight pest issue over the summer (pretty expected living in NYC), but the monthly pest control got things under control right away. Cons: The only con I have is sometimes it gets HOT in the apartment because of the radiators (also expected living in NYC), but opening a window with a fan gets things to a decent heat level. Advice to landlord: Better control of the heating systems would be nice, but overall everything is good!”

After talking to multiple tenants I have found out that the way they avoid taking responsibility for all of the roaches in the building is to send the exterminator and proceed to respond with the exterminator said that their apartment was specifically dirty and he has done that to multiple tenants here. Our apartments aren’t dirty, they don’t want to take responsibility for their terrible building. Advice to landlord: Get it together. I’m sure your job is hard, but get it together. You can’t charge people over 2000 a month and not fix things. It’s immoral and a good way to lose all of your tenants. And from the empty apartments surrounding mine, it looks like you already dis.”
