“Pros: Small, affordable, great location. No pest issues. Cons: Package theft is an issue that wasn't ever really dealt with, some electrical wiring issues because it's an old building (couldn't have the toaster and the kettle on at the same time) Advice to landlord: Fix the package theft issue”

“Unit B1 Pros: Great super, incredible location, stabilized units, nice neighbors Cons: Appliances in some units are shockingly old, walls and ceilings are paper thin. Get ready to hear your neighbors sneeze. Packages sometimes stolen from lobby Advice to landlord: Replace appliances and give certain units a general update, set up a camera in the lobby”

“Pros: Great location, pretty good price Cons: Bugs in the kitchen even after tons of cockroach traps and multiple visits from the exterminator, loud neighbors inside the building”

“Pros: Great location, super is present and helpful. Building management is very responsive Cons: Ongoing cockroach infestation, super noisy neighbors in the building”

“Unit 2b Pros: Good location, rent stabilized, not super loud. Cons: The gas was turned off because of a violation and it was off for 6 months.”

“Pros: This building has rent-stabilized units and a few longtime tenants left. Generally it’s pretty clean and well-managed, the super is responsive in bad situations (leaks) and a bit slower for routine maintenance. Cons: Your packages will be stolen from the lobby so get a PO Box.”

Never any noise, no bugs, clean Cons: We didn’t hAve heat or gas for like six months and they wouldn’t give us a break in rent Advice to landlord: I rented My apartment for 2050 four years ago.. why are you renting the same space for 2700 y’all r wild”

“Pros: Great proximity to G, L, J, and M. Friendly neighbors. Packages dropped off safely within building, sometimes at your door. Cons: Water pressure in kitchen sink dropped drastically one day and has never been the same/continues to fluctuate despite someone coming in to fix. Shower pipes omit a very loud whistle.”
