“Pros: The park is infront of the building. Good distance to school and public transportation. Cons: Management doesn’t work with you. The laundry machines rarely work. No parking. Apartments are not fixed in a timely fashion. Advice to landlord: My advice would be to take more care of your building and apartments at the end of the day we occupy them and are the ones that live there not you. Be more considerate.”
