“Pros: Well maintained building with a nice video intercom. New appliances throughout the units and great responsiveness with the landlord when dealing with any issues. Cons: Everyone in the building had been experiencing hot water issues. I took too many cold showers to keep track of. And, even after myself and my neighbors submitted requests to resolve the issue, options were offered that only involved the management not spending money on a second water heater for the building. We did have to put up a good fight but finally got it fixed.”

“Pros: Location near Central Park Cons: Pascale Seigneurie is a failed actress and a scam artist landlord who has been stealing thousands from her revolving door of tenants in #14. Pascale truly showed her true colors throughout coronavirus, not once offering support and STEALING all of her tenant’s security deposits even though we moved out respectably and with enough legal notice. However, being the failed actress that she is, she verbally abused us as tenants upon her return from her home in Paris. She was overcharging to sublet all of our rooms at insane prices while begging us for more money DURING COVID. Once we found out how much the rent actually was compared to how much she was upcharging us...sickening. And then she stole all of our security deposits after trying to FORCE IN NEW ROOMMATES DURING COVID. When I refused, she threatened me, forcing me to move out amidst a pandemic and chaos in June 2020. PASCALE SEIGNEURIE IS THE MOST UNETHICAL AND DISGUSTING LANDLORD I’VE DEALT WITH IN NYC. SHE BELIEVES IN TERRORIZING TENANTS DURING A PANDEMIC BECAUSE SHE WANTS A VOLUNTARY SUBLETTING PROJECT. SHE PUT MY LIFE I. DANGER AND THEN CALLED ME DISGUSTING. Don’t be fooled by her, in housing or in her acting endeavors. She is untrustworthy and truly the disgusting one. NEVER EVER RENT FROM PASCALE SEIGNEURIE!!!!!! [email protected] Advice to landlord: Get rid of Pascale Seigneurie as a landlord, what is wrong with you?!! And clean up that rat’s nest of a garbage shoot WHERE HOMELESS PEOPLE SMOKE CRACK WITH THE RATS !!!! You’re disgusting too!”

“Pros: Nice new Appliances (only when we threatened legal action) Cons: Didnt feel safe; thin walls; crappy super and owners; absolutely no heat Advice to landlord: Do better, please!!!! Never felt safe and TERRIBLE management!!!!! NO HEAT!!!”
