“Unit 4F Pros: The building has had many lives since we’ve lived here. Lots of different tenants. Always appreciated roof access, proximity to subway, storage space, and more. The new owner is nice and very accommodating. Cons: Some of the new tenants are not great. But they come and they go. Advice to landlord: Turn the roof into an amenity”
