“Unit 3 Pros: Small building. Large room and closets. Cons: Landlord made it very difficult to move. Too many requirements for a small brownstone. Advice to landlord: Be fairer to tenants.”

“Pros: Great unit with tons of sunlight. Drama free building. Super is a DJ. Cons: One time someone was sitting inside the building entrance shooting up and would not leave. Advice to landlord: Fix the stoop thing.”
