“Pros: The units are spacious and ours had a lot of windows Cons: Filthy- the roof was leaking in the lobby and falling on the ground and it took them days to clean it up. There was an event in which the plumbing from the building was backed up and literal shit from the units above us was flowing into our apartment. It was SO horrible. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive.”
