“Pros: Good transit/ commute to l a j c trains b60 b12 b14 Cons: Garbage stock piles creating lots of bugs and rats .very dirty . Inadequate laundry machines . packages are stolen. Advice to landlord: Better property cleaning and maintainence. Adress stealing.”

“Pros: No pros here building sucks Cons: Dirty building Unresponsive management bad communication The will dollar pinch you and gaslight you by lease renewal. I need therapy just from dealing with this company Advice to landlord: Care abt your tenants and stop changing property managers every 5 mins”

“Pros: Stainless steel appliances, mailboxes, camera on intercom Cons: no elevator, only place to take out trash is outside Advice to landlord: Be more hands on”

“Pros: It’s a newly renovated building. There’s a mediocre gym in the basement. (Weights are missing & equipment broken) There’s a laundry room thats often out of order. Cons: There is a huge pest problem in this building , roaches to be specific . (Even if your apartment is clean you will suffer) The rent has increased .(totally not worth it) There are no closets in the bedrooms and if u have a closet it’s really small. It’s a bit far from the train station. Neighbors are weird , I saw someone throw trash / feces out of their window once. GROSS! The person who cleans the building hallways does a half ass job. Tenants steal packages , so quickly get your mail if you can . The walls are very thin , you can literally smell what’s going on in other apartments & hear everything. Advice to landlord: Get the issues in this building fixed . A lot of tenants are unhappy here .”

“Pros: New building. Although practically none of the amenities are actually finished, and the “gym” is dingy and small. Cons: Horrible communication from the landlord. They are completely unresponsive, and will literally avoid you until you run into them by chance. All the amenities offered either aren’t actually available or fall way below what was promised. The A/C and heat units weren’t working from the day my girlfriend and I moved in. We were the FIRST people to leave in this unit/building, why do things not work? Packages stolen by neighbors as well, and took months for anything to actually be resolved. Overall terrible. Advice to landlord: Do something more productive with your life than property management.”
