In fact in the 2 years I’ve been here it has gotten worse super only takes out garbage nothing more in terms of cleanliness, does not mop, windex Doors nothing elevator is constantly broken with no communication from management and it it’s JANKY roaches no laundry room because they don’t refused to put in sprinklers so they closed it down for tenants the basement is disgusting and has only gotten worse it is NOT clean management refuses to let you pay any other way other than mailing a check Advice to landlord: Fix the building to match the price! Other buildings in the area keep up much better for the same price”
