“Unit 2A Pros: Great neighborhood, affordable rent Cons: I lived on the second floor and my ceiling collapsed from water damage during a storm. I had reported a leak in my ceiling during rainfall a few weeks earlier, and no one responded, then during the harder storm the entire thing, including drywall and plaster, got too waterlogged and collapsed. This happened on a Friday and no one came to fix it until Monday. Owners did not offer any compensation, and there is a strong mold smell. Over the past couple of years, a couple other issues such as: holes in corners of ceiling that would let dirt into the interior of the apartment, exposed brick would shed red dust across items in the rooms”

“Pros: Was able to get 2 bedroom wall taken down to make a larger 1 bedroom Cons: Walk up, fire station nearby which made it quite loud Advice to landlord: Better responsiveness from super, don't turn the heat up so hot that you have to run AC in the winter”
