“Unit 4D Pros: Packages are safe, sauna is nice Cons: Gym is a joke, NYU kids throwing loud parties on the weekdays can be very annoying. I’ve had to report twice Advice to landlord: Have “quiet hours” on the weekdays”

“Pros: Great location, nice neighbors, updated basement gym Cons: New ownership is not responsive, has done very cheap updates and refuses to hire more staff resulting in a much more crowded and expensive building that is dirtier and not well kept up. It can take weeks for management to do anything.”

“Pros: "I absolutely love the terrace and outdoor space here – it’s such a rare find in the city and has really become my favorite place to unwind. The setup is perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or enjoying dinner outdoors, with plenty of room to host friends when the weather is nice. The neighborhood itself is also incredibly peaceful, which is such a welcome escape from the usual city hustle. Despite the quiet surroundings, I have convenient access to CitiBike stations nearby, making it easy to get around and explore. Overall, this place combines the best of city convenience with a cozy, suburban feel! Cons: The neighborhood itself is peaceful, offering a much-needed escape from the usual city hustle. That said, it can get a bit noisy on weekends, likely due to nearby gatherings, but it doesn’t take away from the overall tranquility during the week.”

★★★★★Dec 2021

“Pros: * Good location. * Renovated units are in good shape. * Nice backyard patio. Cons: * Building attracts mostly party people. One unit even left their door open to the hall during parties. * Hallways have no soft surfaces, so all noise carries throughout the floor. * Doorman buzzed everyone in and do not screen anyone heading into the building. A locked door to the street would've provided more security... Advice to landlord: Hire better doorman.”

“Pros: Everything was fine there except the roommate Cons: Laundry was always busy Advice to landlord: I lived in apartment 3f the woman rents out a room in a 3 bedroom apartment and 6 months in accuses you of slamming the door late at night — and then kicks you out keeping the security deposit. It’s taken my 2 years small claims court and a collection agency to get my$ back not to mention the expense of moving for no reason she is a shrew and the apartment stinks of cat piss”

“Pros: Location, price, size of apartment Cons: Rats, Cockroaches, flies in bathroom, construction on the building, construction across the street, toilet pipes from above apartment leaking into my bathroom. Advice to landlord: This building is falling apart. For the prices you charge and the “nice” finishes (new floors), look at the important things like the PLUMBING.”
