“Pros: Monthly pest control services and hall cleanings, laundry in the basement (paid), had a dishwasher, tall ceilings and lots of lighting, modern finishes Cons: Super thin walls and incredibly loud neighbours depending on your floor, cockroaches in the basement but that’s nyc, water problems (multiple bathroom ceilings leaks throughout the building) 2 of which were due to the neighbours so not really on the building so much, only 1 issue was due to the building but they fixed it quick”
