“Pros: Nice area, nice roof access Cons: We had a mold problem in our floors and evicted us for a week to fix it without notice.”

“Pros: The building has a great public rooftop and backyard. It also has a decent gym in the basement and laundry in the building. Cons: The shared spaces in the building were messy. Advice to landlord: n/a”

“Unit 1A Pros: Great appliances, beautiful building in general, cute outdoor area in back, pet friendly, super close to L and M lines Cons: Management was slow to respond to our bedroom ceiling crumbling, shower wall shattering, and the entire basement flooding (albeit the flood wasn’t their fault). Also there’s only one washer and one dryer for the entire building. Advice to landlord: Maybe invest in more washer/dryers?”
