“Pros: Good block. Fairly reasonable landlord. Fair price. Cons: Hallway always smelled like piss. Entryway doors super janky and no video doorbell. Abandoned storefront in front. A lot of rats live right outside on the empty lot. Rooms with pidgeon hole facing window often wafted in smells like death, figured rats would drown at the bottom when it rained and rotted. But a fine apt. Advice to landlord: Stop painting rooms with glossy paint 🤮 looked awful”
