“Pros: Nice neighborhood , very nice neighbors , calm environment very quite. Cons: The building is usually very filthy , very little maintenance if any at all. Building company very unresponsive. Advice to landlord: Pay more attention to the property, in relations to keep it clean and sanitary. Cameras should definitely be installed to keep strangers from loitering or entering the building.”
