“Pros: Clean, some quiet, residents, convenientlocation, great Super and porter Cons: Water pressure, difficulty finding parking, terrible bathrooms/toilets, Coop instead of Condo, only 1 option of internet provider, cheap low quality windows,poor pest control, cheap outdated appliances, poor cheap plumbing repairs, building does not repair issues, Stay away Advice to landlord: Spend money to actual address concerns and adequately repair issues.”

“Pros: Maintenance kept building very clean Cons: I didn’t like that they would take your rent money and not fix the apartment the correct way. Advice to landlord: Fix falling ceilings and cracks inside apartment”
