“Pros: Rent was affordable 3 years ago. Cons: Owner/Property management does not care for building. The inside is never clean, garbage not taken care of properly, huge rat issue. The spikes for the pigeons have fallen and they refuse to replace them, bird shit all over stoop. Roof leaks, if there are big storms water flows from roof down the main stairwell. Advice to landlord: Hire an actual super to come & fix up the property.”
