“Pros: Every room has its own bathroom! Cons: Mice, lots of them no matter how much you clean they keep showing up.”

“Pros: Very spacious and great management company Cons: The electric wiring in the building is all messed up, so is the gas. I am convinced the first floor has some of the second floor on their power grid causing the power and gas bill to be insane. I tried having con Edison look into it but could not get a real answer before my lease ended. Advice to landlord: Fix the gas and electric to not be dependent on the bottom floor”
