“Pros: Super lives in building and management was communicative Cons: Pest problem with mice and roaches. Exterminators only came in and sprayed things, didn't actually try to fill holes or anything like that. And can be loud on the first floor.”

“Pros: This building isn’t the nicest, but it suited my needs. There were no major issues - no pests, no health or safety concerns. My unit was a nice size and had a good layout. The super is very kind, friendly, responsive, and helpful. Cons: The property major is not responsive. My bedroom window came without a screen, and they said that it was my responsibility to replace it. When I moved in, the handle on the microwave was broken, and they never replaced it despite me asking multiple times. The bedrooms are street-facing, and it can be very loud in the summer. The heat is turned up ridiculously high in the winter, and as a tenant, you cannot control it.”
