“Pros: Management is very responsive, have had issues with stove and dishwasher and they replaced them both immediately. Cons: Garbage is on street for a while and a lot of times is overflowing.”

“Pros: Maintenance was prompt. Building is on a nice tree-lined street. Cons: - Often tenants just throw trash in the hallways expecting someone else to pick up after them - Street is extremely noisy - Apartment showings are DAILY when you move out with no regard for your schedule - During winter, unit got extremely cold. The radiators were not enough”

“Pros: The super is always out working, management is responsive and open during good hours. Live in super. Cons: Brick in apartment often smells due to mildew/humidity. Some water damage in the corner of the apartment, unsure how it happened. It's pretty cold in the apartment year round. Too small for the rent wanted at renewal, and they are NOT willing to negotiate at renewal.”

“Pros: Building super is friendly Cons: No doorman. No elevator. Intercom systems old and don’t work. Don’t think security cameras work either . One of my two sinks hasn’t worked the entire time I lived there. Serious mold issue in the bathroom that never went away no matter how on top of cleaning we were. Also so many packages were stolen while I lived there. Advice to landlord: Clean carpets and common areas more. Add a better trash system because trash is always piling up and the sound of rats in the middle of the night in garage area is disturbing. Fix package theft.”

“Pros: water pressure, beautiful natural light, hardwood floors, quiet and homey Cons: the size of the kitchen, no where to put the full-sized fridge”

★★★★★Apr 2022

“Pros: Location The very sense of the word "fine" We have covid prices but I couldn't imagine paying more than we do now for this apartment Cons: Roaches LOUD neighbors- an opera singer who needs to practice EVERY DAY. A couple with 2 small children who are not stopped when they decide to bang on the walls all night. Being told they cant replace our lightbulb because their insurance instructed them not to??? Personal injury suit for real.. The freezer in these small fridges will never work and will melt water onto all your food in the fridge. We had to buy a separate freezer. Windows are painted shut which is super helpful because that's where the fire escape is. There's more but eh. Advice to landlord: I don't think anything can be said”

“Pros: This is an older building with smaller apartments, but everything was satisfactory. No huge complaints. One thing I did like about the management company, is that they always seemed very reasonable with the rent on renewal. This doesn’t seem like the case in other management companies. Cons: The biggest things were that it is an older building, the apartments are smaller, and there are a few amenities that can’t be included in updates (i.e. dishwasher, laundry dryer in building). Going in there though with those expectations, this wasn’t as bothersome. Advice to landlord: If possible, it would be nice to have updates to the apartments.”

★★★★★Jul 2021

“Pros: Convenient location and lots to do Cons: This place is comical at best. If you enjoy walking in everyday to garbage overflowing the hallway, mice running over your feet, dead roaches on the step and every package you order getting stolen with no help from management, then this is the place for you!! Also they lie and say the front door is locked and it’s not. Advice to landlord: Do anything opposite of what you’re doing now! And let me break my lease because this is my personal hell.”
