“Unit 4G Pros: Near subway Everything is Nearby Units are spacious Cons: Maintenance is extremely bad Currently there is no heat and they have given space heaters instead rising it asap (landlord is waiting for a part). Hot water also has frequent outages Elevator is out of service every two months for weeks. Once in 2023 the elevator was out of service for 4 months straight. The area near laundry smells bad because garbage management is poor. Cockroaches and rats all around. Advice to landlord: Take insects, garbage management and elevator/heat and hot water seriously.”
