“Pros: Got a good price for year 1. Apartment had construction for 1st month of lease after we moved in. Overall responsive maintenance. Great location. Cons: Big rent increase after 1st year. Heat does not work well at all. Had to use portable heaters which made electricity bill extremely expensive in the winter.”
