“Pros: Nice building staff Cons: Absolutely atrocious building management that has done nothing to evict or curb the tenant from apartment 11H who have been a resident since 2018 and evidently either struggles with mental health or god knows what.”

“Pros: Location was great, Apt was incredibly spacious as far as 1bedrooms go for NYC. Utilities were fairly low specially since the cost of AC is covered by the building. Cons: The kitchen was extremely small and very difficult to work with.”
