“Pros: I lived here for 2 years. The doormen and porters are excellent and very friendly. I always felt safe. The gym is great, pool is awesome, and roof is great when not under construction. Cons: The neighbors can be tough. If someone leaves their clothes in the laundry for a minute too late, it is customary for the neighbors to throw that individuals clothes on the floor. There have been some squabbles in the laundry room. There was also too much construction. Advice to landlord: Continue to keep your great doormen. Make sure some people aren’t ruining the experience for their neighbors.”

These are the people who give you the memorable experience. Cons: If you are a minority, you won’t get treated well as much as the white people by the onsite manager and even the leasing people. Advice to landlord: Please don’t be discriminating towards your tenants and treat them all equally.”
