“Pros: Nice and responsive landlord Cons: Had a couple of mouse issues”

“Pros: lots of natural light, amazing windows in living room, large kitchen, decent bathrooms Cons: heating was terrible which caused high coned bills, mice problem - both were unadressed by landlord despite requests Advice to landlord: just because most tenants are college students doesn't mean our concerns are invalid”
