“Pros: The area around is nice. Close to 6 train and central park. Cons: The whole apartment is slanted. Management is so slow to respond. One time we had no hot water for a week! Our owners didn't think they owe us for hotel stay during that period. Very poor and slow communication with the managing company. No one cleans the halls. We have a super but she's basically non existent. Advice to landlord: Get yourself together”
