“Unit 2R Pros: Ok the space is fine, decently clean, good appliances. Super is great as long as you are kind! Cons: Horrible experience with upstairs tenant (911 called on many occasions, came down fire escape towards our window, horrible noise, ended up being evicted.) Horrible communication with management. Advice to landlord: To management: just be a better human. We shouldn’t ever feel have felt unsafe for what we paid in rent.”

“Pros: Lived here a while back, it appears to have been renovated since then with new appliances and higher prices. Great proximity to the theater district, decent transit access. Walkable to Central Park. Great for having friends visit. Cons: Noise from the street was easily audible through windows. We had mice, although they did send an exterminator to take care of it. Super was very volatile. Rooms were tiny. I can't believe these apartments are renting for over $4000 now...”

“Pros: Sizable apartment and two bathrooms were a plus, good location Cons: Many mice in unrenovated apartments even after exterminator visits, hallways were unfinished”

“Pros: Great super! Located close to many subways Washer/dryer in unit (didn’t work great but still) Cons: Terrible management who raised our rent over 50%!! No light in apt Heat broken in bedroom Consistent water issues”

“Pros: Washer/dryer in unit, 2 bathrooms, amazing superintendent!!! Cons: The building management is absolute trash. They raised our rent by 50% and wouldn’t budge Advice to landlord: It would be hard to pinpoint one specific issue when there are so many. The worst thing they did was raise our rent 50%, but they also refused to help us with a massive package theft issue, knew someone was listing their apartment as an Airbnb and didn’t do anything thereby letting strangers into the building. A homeless man literally lived in the vacant apartment on the first floor for a week because management wouldn’t help the super get them out. This place is unsafe and not even remotely worth the price I promise you. Senad the super is the man though he’s the only thing that will make you feel safe in that apartment.”
