“Pros: Small building-6 apartments Neighbors help each other with packages (place them in front of your door or hold it) Clean Pest control comes monthly to spray apartments Heat and hot water are perfect Rent stabilized Great location Safe neighborhood Super in building Trash maintained and cleaned Spacious apartments Cons: Cannot control the heat-It’s on until June despite the temperature outside No building laundry available Advice to landlord: Add laundry service to the basement if possible!”

“Pros: Not a bad area. Next to enough stores and bus stops. Cons: Landlord refuses to listen to tenants. Makes them call multiple time for building repairs, such as the bricks on the wall. Landlord over works supers so much so that it effects their work. The walls are SUPER thin, you can hear doors closing and footsteps from the building next to us. Ridiculous flood lights that they refuse to dim. The landlord doesn’t care about the complaints about other tenets.”
