“Pros: Larger than usual apartments/kitchens Cons: Black mold in restroom was “fixed” 5 times. Super just painted over the black mold with water soluble paint. 🤦🏻‍♀️ bathtub would clog so badly it wouldn’t drain for weeks and super would not show up to fix it. Advice to landlord: Renovate the bathrooms. Clean and dust the hallways.”
