“Pros: Close to food and transportation Cons: Horrible parking. Junkies and beggars at every corner. No control over the heat so many times it gets really cold inside the apartment. Super is very lackadaisical and things don’t get fixed in a timely fashion. Super even said quote “He doesn’t even know why people rent here”. Advice to landlord: None... would be a waste of time!”
