“Pros: Nice view of NYC skyline Cons: Horrible management; elevator always broken; dirty, filthy stairwells, the super is rude and obnoxious; some tenants are scary. Advice to landlord: Loser for not taking care of your property”

“Pros: Clean, well maintained elevator building, nice super Cons: Noisy neighbors, can hear music blasting in the middle of the night, no consideration for other neighbors, when confronted are very disrespectful; smoke smells from neighbors comes into your apartment and building owners were totally dismissive/ unresponsive to complaints. Wouldn’t patch cracks in our apartment so smells wouldn’t come in, wouldn’t enforce with neighbors that their 2nd hand smoking is affecting neighbors’ health. Also - took long time to get security deposit back. Another sign of management just being unresponsive”
