“Pros: The units are nicely renovated and the super is very responsive and helpful. Cons: There's no buzzer and seven floors of the apartment, they refuse to install one simply because it's not required by law.”

“Pros: Location is great. Cons: The heat doesn’t get put on until it hits below 50 deg 3 days in a row. I also lived on a floor below 5 and there were cockroaches and mice.”
