“Pros: The neighborhood, this block especially, has been an absolute treat to live in! Wonderful neighbors. Cons: My apartment has a lack of storage space. Kitchen & bathroom need updating, but it seems they are renovating as people move out, so that probably won't be an issue. Advice to landlord: Just be a good tenant and neighbor, and things should go beautifully”
