“Pros: Garbage guy and super are nice and take pride in their job Cons: Falsely accused me of not paying rent when I have paid on time and had his lawyers harass me through mail and by knocking on my door multiple times. Was a head ache and a half to get sorted out and caused so much unnecessary stress. Advice to landlord: Make sure you, your legal system, and your management company are on the same page! Would hate to see you loose in court over false accusations.”
