Windows are also unusually large, which is nice. Cons: Neighbors hold fairly frequent weekend parties across the street in front of the industrial buildings on 35th Street, which creates some relatively minor noise issues. Also periodic small infestations of ant-like bugs, and the occasional cockroach.”

— 32-35 30 STREET · Queens“Pros: Like the location and the price of the apartment for the space. Our unit wasn’t the most renovated kitchen, but I know other unit are more renovated. When something needs to be fixed (like the toilet), the super is responsive and they fix the issue promptly. Cons: German cockroaches out of control. Completely ridiculous.”
