“Pros: Very close to major transit lines (<10 min walk to 4/5/6 and 2/3 lines). Close but not too close to 125th street. The landlord is very nice and generally pretty responsive (though sometimes you need to call or text twice) Cons: The bedrooms are very unevenly sized. Apartment buildings nearby can be super loud Advice to landlord: Put AC in the smaller bedrooms!”
