“Unit 10B Pros: Attentive live-in super, great location Cons: The doors inside the apartment do not block much noise so you can hear your roommates clearly even in the other room.”

“Pros: - Amazing location, proximity to express trains - Wonderful, cozy neighborhood near many green spaces - Functional apartment space, sizable and spacious Cons: - Sometimes some trash accumulation in corners - Lots of liquid waste that comes from trash bags in elevator or floors of building - Local homelessness sometimes attempted to enter building Advice to landlord: More regular cleanings of the building premises to reduce stickiness of floors”

“Pros: The live In super is awesome! Very helpful & responsive with everything - packages, any questions or problems, etc. Apartment is great & neighbors are great. Cons: Having to take boxes & garbage out around the side of the bldg is inconvenient but no big deal. Advice to landlord: Keep that super forever! Keep up the good work!”

“Unit 54A Pros: Nice block, clean, relatively quiet, neighbors are normal, love the locked gate outside the courtyard Cons: The building is so hot you want to die, all the time. Heat blasts with no control over it in the winter, poor air circulation and direct sun makes it deathly hot in the summer. My apartment is a small weird shape that makes it hard to fit furniture. The property manager was so bad at his job that I genuinely thought the apartment wasn’t real and I was being scammed.”

“Pros: It’s in a good location, close to ABCD trains and variety of stores on 125th Cons: A lot I can say. My packages have been stolen, the non renovated apartments are way too expensive for what they provide, and overall the place is dirty. Entry way is always littered with alcohol bottles and weed. Advice to landlord: Overall it’s not a bad building in regards to the place, I know what I signed up for. I’d just recommend doing something about the people littering the doorway, find a secure way to hold people’s packages, and fair pricing for the non renovated apartments.”

“Pros: Liked the management company; great super; garbage area really well maintained; great neighbors; it’s close to the subway, restaurants and shops; beautiful park right across the street Cons: Sometimes there will be guys just smoking and hanging out in the vestibule entry way; packages have been stolen or broken into”

“Pros: Super is very helpful and responsive Everything works well and reliably When there’s a problem, it’s addressed quickly The garbage is very tidy Minimal tiny pests Cons: Small groups hangout in the foyer and make a mess A few packages have been stolen over 2 years Advice to landlord: Encouraging foyer cleanup and mask wearing if hanging out there”

“Pros: Good location. Next to A line and 125th street shops. Walking distance to Columbia or CUNY. Maintenance usually responsive to requests. Cons: Washer/dryers were often broken. We had leaks from the units above us. We also had a mouse who found his way to our trash under the sink on a nightly basis. Advice to landlord: Make sure washer dryers are fixed. Double check radiators for leaks.”
