Cons: AJ Clarke is the property management company which took over the building a couple of years. Impossibly slow to respond, lazy brokers and managers. In 2024 they wanted each roommate to pay a broker's fee when we ourselves found a new tenant (what is the work done here by the broker exactly?).”
