Cons: If you rent from United Management/ Fischer-Treger Realty/ another shell company located on Montague St in Brooklyn, they are not very responsive when it comes to any lease issues. In fact, they are quite rude and intentionally unresponsive. It's very frustrating. Advice to landlord: Better management company.”
