“I have been living here since 2012 and the management company is horrible to deal with. My unit was rent stabilized prior to my moving in but they deregulated it and are now trying to raise the rent $300 a MONTH. They are doing this to all the market rent tenants- $300-$400 monthly increases. This is Kensington not Park Slope or Carroll Gardens and unless you can afford to contend with those kind of increases do not move here. Also heat is a problem in the winter. The apartments get very cold.”
