“Pros: Only thing I’d say that the location is great. Cons: Dirty lobby & elevator all the time, terribly maintained building that stinks, the basement is horrible. Apartments are old, and tenants paint & renovate them all the time. Gas leak problems often. Cockroaches & rats. NO security cameras, and packages get lost all the time. Just go and check out yourself so you can confirm my words. Advice to landlord: Take some responsibility and spend some money and fix apartments/building.”
