“Unit 6H Pros: Beautiful apartment layout. I live in 6H, a railroad type studio. Cute layout, decent amount of space. Cons: Roaches! Funky building due to trash management and a 1 really bad smelling apartment. The owner saves cats but their home smells horrendous and I can smell it wafting in my window. Advice to landlord: Do not live here. Roaches everywhere and they are not doing anything drastic enough to tackle the issue. Also parking is so hard in this neighborhood.”

“Pros: Affordable and really good area to live in Cons: Management is almost impossible to get ahold of without speaking to broker first. Occasional pest problems”

“Pros: Had an elevator Cons: Roaches, dirty, always smelled, never clean. I parking at anytime. Loud neighbors. Unresponsive management Advice to landlord: Do better, you need to make sure there aren’t rats and roaches.”
