“Unit 11IS Pros: Great luxury building. Well designed too, no tacky architecture. Fantastic amenities with courtyard, roof deck, golf sim and gym. I don't have a dog, but if you did it's a great place to keep. Super friendly and effective staff. Cons: Thin walls. Far from subway. Sometimes hot water goes out in the winter.”

— 525 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Building Lobby is beautiful, and the rooftop deck is amazing. The amenities are also great. The staff, though, is especially friendly and helpful. Honestly great vibes in this building. I'd recommend it to anyone. Cons: It's a bit far from the nearest subway, which was my only issue with it. Also, once in a while you'd hear the horse carriages outside - but I lived on a very low floor, so I presume higher floors won't have this issue.”
— 525 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Friendly staff and concierge, quiet, clean, great amenities Cons: I’ve lived here 5+ years and have seen a roach in my apartment about 3 times in the past couple months (once in November, and twice in May), all in the kitchen area, not sure why though or where they’re coming from as I am extremely tidy and clean multiple times a week and do not leave things out and have minimal storage in closets; for a luxury apartment this shouldn’t be happening”
“Pros: Nice building and construction Cons: Far from public transportation”
— 525 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Beautiful Lobby and Roof Friendly Doormen Great apartments Quick maintenance teams Cons: High amenity fees for gym High rent”
— 525 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Management and doormen were amazing. Carlos is the best! Super clean and never an issue requesting maintenance if needed. Would recommend to anyone. Cons: A bit pricey (ex. 4.2k for a studio)”
— 525 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Staff, management, and amenities. Building is always clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Cons: Not much to say”
— 525 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Porters, management, doormen Cons: Nothing was bad, wish there was parking though”
— 525 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Great neighbors and doorman! It’s a wonderful apartment full of small details that are perfect for finding peace in nyc Cons: Fitness room could be better and views from some of the units are not so great”
— 525 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Staff were excellent Cons: There were random disruptive neighbours peppered throughout the building. Major weed issues with smoke invading other apartments.”
— 525 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: It’s a beautiful building from the lobby to each individual apartment. Apartments have high quality finishings and you can tell there was a lot of thought about the design and functionality. It feels like you’re living in a hotel. The outdoor courtyard and rooftop space is gorgeous and kept in immaculate condition. The staff is amazing. When I submit an issue to be fixed (which is rare), someone is knocking on my door usually within the hour. Wonderfully managed and maintained building with the highest standards of luxury. Cons: No longer a problem due to COVID (and now probably a PRO), but transportation is tricky. Nearest subway is a minimum 15 minute walk and buses are unreliable. Lots of Citibikes though. And building has bike storage. Advice to landlord: With Covid and amenities being limited, they really should wave the “member” fee until everything is open 100% - especially with the rent being so pricey.”
— 525 WEST 52 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Great space, clean common areas, great support staff. Cons: Some tenants don’t follow common space rules, but still great overall. Advice to landlord: None at this time!”
