“Pros: Nice size living room and bedroom. Perfect location. Pets allowed. Quiet neighbors. Nice, bright, and airy. Cons: There's an unsavory, unidentifiable odor that never seems to dissipate. Not sure if it's mildew as I believe it stems from the kitchen...highly unpleasant. Kitchen counters and tiles are also old and kind of gross. Tiny bathroom. Advice to landlord: Update kitchen and bathroom in all units.”
