“Unit 3N Pros: Clean quiet, really good laundry equipment. Good neighbors always feel safe. Cons: It’s not as close to a subway as I would like it’s about a 15 minute walk minimum. Advice to landlord: Keep doing what you’re doing”

“Pros: Large, spacious apartment with beautiful detail in arched walls. Rent was more than reasonable— perhaps even low by some estimations. The grounds are kept clean. Relatively quiet neighbors. Cons: The elevator was ghastly. The project heat was real. The bathroom was hideous. Advice to landlord: The super needs to be more responsive.”
