“Pros: Clean building, no roaches. responsive super, separate kitchen in studio apartment. Great for coming out of the shelter, prison, foster care etc. a stepping stone to better living. But shouldn’t be permanent. Cons: Mice, security was not consistent and had favoritism, neighbors were unhinged. Advice to landlord: Get mice under control. Great building for what it’s worth.”
