“Unit 2A Pros: This pre-war doorman building has spacious apartments with high ceilings, wood floors, and marble counters and tile. It is clean and well maintained by an amazing staff. We love living in this building! Cons: Since it's an older building, the usual quirks apply. The radiator heat is very hot - it's either on or off, no way to regulate. There is no central air, just window units. The water pressure could be better. Advice to landlord: Keep up the great work!”
