“Pros: The super is kind and responsive, the doormen are great, apartment is well kept! Cons: Management is very hard to get a hold of. There are some water bugs and history of rodents in the walls (but the building staff is very responsive and the exterminator comes monthly).”

“Pros: Super (Ozzy) is awesome! So are the doormen! Cons: Leasing office is trash. Recommend the owner finds a new one.”
